Our story
Senza Gluten by Jemiko Cafe & Bakery opened its doors in 2018. It was Chef and Founder Jemiko L. Solo’s dream and passion to accommodate people with the taste of “without gluten.” My goal was and is simple – to greet you with a 100% gluten-free environment. The aim was to create an inclusive atmosphere where guests with celiac disease or gluten-intolerance or food allergies could enjoy a tasteful meal and good company without any fear of dining out. We hope you’ll enjoy our ever-growing selection of fresh pastries, breads, and baked goods along with our full lunch and brunch menus.
