FOUR SOFT & FLUFFY GLUTEN FREE CINNAMON ROLLS – 1LB. HAVE FUN AND MAKE YOUR OWN FROSTING (The Recipe Follows)
Non-GMO cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, Xanthan Gum, guar gum,White granulated sugar, dry yeast, kosher salt, whole milk, unsalted butter, canola oil, vanilla extract, whole egg, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon.
Allow to defrost to room temperature or refrigerate overnight for next day use. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and warm cinnamon rolls for about 2-3 minutes or microwave until the center of the rolls are slightly warm. Hot rolls will melt the frosting and will loose it texture, so please keep it warm.
1/4 cup cream cheese ( Recommended full fat cream cheese )
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar – Sifted – (powdered sugar)
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Let’s prepare our frosting.
Combine and cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the powdered sugar a tablespoon at a time, scrape sides and cream well after adding sugar. In the end add vanilla extract and beat again until smooth. Frost the cinnamon rolls while they are warm. (Hot rolls will melt the frosting and will loose it texture). You can serve the rolls once you have done with the frosting, or for later use, let the rolls cooldown completely at room temperature, then wrap them well and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
