Our story
Senza Gluten by Jemiko Restaurant welcomed its beloved guests in 2023. The menu you have always enjoyed was created through his experience and dedication for his beloved customers and friends who for years have been afraid to dine out safely due to gluten intolerance. Every dish you have enjoyed from Chef’s original menu only were added to the menu after practicing days and nights and achieving its best versions, such as Cauliflower, Lasagna, Tiramisu, Biscotti, etc. All of his dishes have their stories as to why and how they were created, some inspired by my family and some by his beloved friends and customers. This is one of the many new chapters for him and his team and their priority is to continue creating a safe environment for everyone in the community and welcome everyone with love.
